Dr. Lisa Jaubert received her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She has a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from California State University at Northridge and a Masters degree in Neuroscience from LSU Health Sciences Center School of Graduate Studies. She completed an Internal Medicine Internship at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She served as Associate Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Jaubert went on to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Baton Rouge General Hospital with the LSU Athletic Department. Dr. Jaubert is double board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Jaubert is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Society Interventional Pain Physicians, Spine Intervention Society and American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Her specialty includes the management of spine and musculoskeletal pain, sports medicine, spinal cord, stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her special interests include distance running, snow skiing, yoga, health & wellness coaching, nutrition and care of the aging athlete..
